ThemainboardhasamainCPUinwhichtheapplicationsoftwareruns.Allofthe
peripherals,suchasthedisplay,internalmodem,LAN,serialports,USBports,and
SDcardareinterfacedandcontrolledbythisCPU.ItalsohasaprogrammableSoC
thatcontrolsthepowersection,thermalprinterinterface,motor,andkeypad.The
on-boardDSPcontrolstheintegratedACQmodule.
•Display
Thedisplayisa7–inchTFTdisplaywith800x480resolutionandinterfacedtothe
mainboardthroughtheLVDSinterfacecable.
•Keypad
Thissystemhasamatrixkeypadwith10x9interfaces,66normalkeys,16stress
keys,andonededicatedpowerkey.ItalsohasLEDindicatorsforbatterystatus
andACmainsstatus.
•Thermalprinter
TheprinterhasanA4/Letterthermalprinthead,motor,papersensors,anddoor
sensor.
•Powersupply
ThepowerinletconnectorisconnectedwiththeAD/DCmodulethroughanEMI
lter.TheAC/DCisa65WpowersupplyacceptingawideinputACvoltageand
delivering24DCtothemainboard.
•KISSpump
AninternalKISSpumpispoweredbythemainboard.Thesuctionconnectoris
terminatednexttothepatientconnectorintheassembly.
