Onceyouhavecapturedtheeventlog,youneedtoexportittoreviewthelogles.
Usethefollowingproceduretoexporttheeventlogles.
1.InsertanSDcardintheSDcardslotinthebackpanel,asshowninthefollowing
illustration:
Thegoldcontactsareface-down.
2.OntheServiceSetupmenu,highlightEventLogandpressEnter.
3.PressExportLogFiles.
ThecurrentEventLogle,log_0.log,iscopiedtoalogdirectory
ontheSDcard.
NOTE:
Toaccessthelogle,inserttheSDcardintoanSDcardreaderthatis
connectedtoacomputerwithaWindowsoperatingsystemandatext
editorsuchasNotepadorWordPad.IfGEHealthcaretechnicalservice
requeststheEventLogfortroubleshootinganissue,sendtheleasan
emailattachment.

UsetheSystemDiagnosticsmenutoperformfunctionaldiagnostictests.Usethe
followingproceduretoaccesstheSystemDiagnosticsmenu.
UsetheTrimpadtohighlighttheSystemDiagnosticsbuttonandpressEnter.
