Receiving and unpacking the equipment
3-3-1 Purpose of this section
This section describes how to receive and unpack VIVID E9 / VIVID E7.
Two types of packages have been used; a Wooden Box and a Carton Box on a Wooden Pallet. Some
of the Receiving and Unpacking instructions are specific for only one of the boxes. This will be stated
where applicable.
3-3-2 Receiving and unpacking warnings
TWO PEOPLE ARE NEEDED TO UNPACK THE VIVID E9 / VIVID E7 BECAUSE OF THE WEIGHT.
ATTEMPTS TO MOVE THE VIVID E9 / VIVID E7 CONSIDERABLE DISTANCES OR ON AN
INCLINE BY ONE PERSON COULD RESULT IN INJURY OR DAMAGE OR BOTH.
TWO PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED WHENEVER A PART WEIGHING 16 KG (35 LBS) OR MORE MUST
BE LIFTED.
REMEMBER TO USE RELEVANT PERSONAL PROTECTING EQUIPMENT (PPE) DURING
PACKING/UNPACKING. CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL EHS REPRESENTATIVE.
