5.12 JOG Menu
The Jog function lets you run a motorized shaft in jog mode.
The jog function control diagram is shown in the chapter “CONTROL DIAGRAMS” Figure 34. Jog.
Commands are active on level and the positive direction is
defined by the parameter for mechanical coupling (IPA
11012 – Els UU Per Rev = positive)

Selector for source of Jog command in positive direction (active on level).
When activated, the motor follows the speed reference set in Els Jog Speed with the acceleration ramp set in Els Jog
Acc Time.
If activated simultaneously with jog command in negative direction, no movement is run.
If activated in presence of jog command in negative direction, has no effect on current command.

Set value corresponds to the time needed to go from 0 to Speed ref top lim (IPA 670 on REFERENCES menu).
Deceleration ramp to go from Speed Ref Lim to 0, used by jog speed profile.

Corresponds to the time needed to decelerate from the speed set in parameter Speed ref top lim IPA 670 on
REFERENCES menu) to 0.
