No. Message Solutions
ERR_FL09 File is damaged The le cannot be loaded because the
information in it is damaged. Load an
appropriate le.
ERR_FL10 Duplicate name. Enter a unique le name.
ERR_FL11 This folder/le is protected. Folders and les with the read-only attribute
cannot be deleted using the instrument. Use
a computer to delete.
ERR_FL12 This le cannot be loaded because the
model conguration of the current wireless
unit is di󰀨erent from that of the loaded le.
The instrument can load automatic setup
les only containing the wireless module
conguration identical to the one at the time
of the shutdown. To load a le manually,
select the [Wireless unit information]
check box, and then load it.
See “3.4 Loading data” in the Instruction
Manual.
ERR_FL13 Cannot read because the names of the
direct connection unit and that on the le
are di󰀨erent.
In OVERWRITE mode, the instrument can
load data only when the conguration of the
plug-in modules remains the same as that
applied when the data was saved.
Check the module conguration in VIEW
mode.
ERR_SU01 Could not start measurement.
The setting conditions when the recording
interval is 1 ms are as follows.
Measurement ON channel: 150CH or less
Alarm source data recording: OFF
Change either one of the settings as follows.
Set the longer [Recording interval].
Reduce the number of channels.
Set [Alarm source] to o󰀨.

in the Instruction Manual.
ERR_WLAN01 Failed to restart the wireless interface.
Restart the instrument.
Cycle the instrument.

Connect the AC adapter to the instrument,
or shut down and replace the battery.
Connect the AC Adapter to the instrument.

Connect the AC adapter to the wireless unit.
Connect the AC Adapter to the wireless
module.

WARN_SY03 Internal temperature of the instrument has
risen.
Check the operating environment.
Check the conditions under which the
instrument has been installed.
See “Installing the instrument” (p. 8).
WARN_SY04 Internal temperature of the instrument has
risen.
Stopping external power output.
Check the operating environment.
Check the conditions under which the
instrument has been installed.
See “Installing the instrument” (p. 8).
When voltage output stops, congure the
setting again as necessary.
See “8.1 Conguring Voltage Output
(VOUTPUT)” in the Instruction Manual.
WARN_SY05 No channel selected for measurement. The measurement preferences of all
channels are set to O󰀨. Set one or
more of them to On before starting
measurement.
