Who is the Warrantor and What are the Warranties?
INEOS Automotive Americas, LLC (“INEOS”) is the warrantor for the
New Vehicle Limited Warranty, the Federal Emission Control
Limited Warranty, and the California Emission Control Warranty
(collectively, “INEOS Limited Warranties;” individually, an “INEOS
Limited Warranty”).
What Vehicle Does the INEOS Limited Warranties Cover?
The INEOS Limited Warranties apply to INEOS Grenadiers that are
originally sold by an authorized INEOS Dealer in the United States
and normally operated in the United States (“Covered Vehicle”).
For the specic coverages under each of the INEOS Limited
Warranties, please refer to the terms of the New Vehicle Limited
Warranty, the Federal Emissions Warranty, or the California
Emissions Control Warranty.
Whom Do the INEOS Limited Warranties Cover?
The INEOS Limited Warranties cover the rst retail purchaser of
the Covered Vehicle and any subsequent owners until the
conclusion of the applicable coverage period.
The original retail purchaser or subsequent transferee is
responsible for conveying to the next owner the Owner’s Manual
and all safety warnings, instructions, and the INEOS Limited
Warranties if the Covered Vehicle is sold, loaned, or otherwise
transferred to another person.
When Do the INEOS Limited Warranties Begin?
The INEOS Limited Warranties begin on the original in-service date
of the Covered Vehicle, which is the date the Covered Vehicle is
delivered to the rst retail purchaser (“In-Service Date”).
When Do the INEOS Limited Warranties End?
The INEOS Limited Warranties run for the limited time specied in
the INEOS Limited Warranties. Please see the specic terms of the
applicable INEOS Limited Warranty for further details.
What will INEOS Do Under the INEOS Limited Warranties?
INEOS will have all covered, warrantable defects in materials or
workmanship repaired replaced, or adjusted (at INEOS’s sole
discretion), free of charge, by an INEOS Dealer. INEOS’s
obligations, however, are subject to the conditions, limitations and
exclusions set out herein.
How Do I Obtain Warranty Service?
Whether you are in the United States or outside the United States,
in order to obtain covered services under the INEOS Limited
Warranties, please contact the authorized INEOS Dealer from
which you purchased your Covered Vehicle or visit the website at
www.ineosgrenadier.com for additional details.
What Other Limitations Apply to the INEOS Limited Warranties?
As also stated in the “Warranty Limitations and Disclaimers,” the
