the door to reduce the risk of injury to the thorax in severe
impacts to the near side.
Curtain air
bags. Located inside the roof trim, curtain air bags (4)
deploy adjacent to the upper door and window glass in both
seating rows to reduce the risks of head injuries and of partial or
complete ejection during rollovers, certain severe side impacts
and in certain frontal collisions with lateral movement.

When you switch your Grenadier’s ignition on, the air bag warning
light
in the Telltale Cluster will show for about 10 seconds
during a
system self-test. If the light stays on or reappears while
driving, there's an issue with the air bag system. The Center
Display and Touchscreen will send a related warning message.
If the air bag warning light is displayed
or an air bag warning
message is
displayed on the Center Display and Touchscreen,
even intermittently, contact an INEOS dealer immediately. Do not
drive your Grenadier until it has been repaired. The system may
not operate correctly in a crash, resulting in serious injury and
death.
Air bags deploy according to the type and severity of the crash.
They will not deploy in all crashes.

Don't attach anything to or cover the steering
wheel air bag. Keep the dashboard/instrument
panel free of objects.
