enabled, the load will return to the original setting.
The actual current of the load in the short circuit status depends on the current
working mode and current range. In CC, CP and CR Mode, the maximum short
circuit current is 120% of the current range. In CV Mode, the short circuit means
that the constant voltage of the load is 0V.
Enabling the short circuit function:
1. In the main interface of the DC load function, press [SHORT] to enter the
short circuit simulation mode.
2. Press the soft key [SHORT FUN] on the right side. Press the set value once
to switch DIS and ENA. DIS means the short circuit function is disabled,
and ENA means the short circuit function is enabled. You can also perform
setting in the system menu.
a) Press [Menu] to enter the system setting interface.
b) Press the soft key corresponding to [SYSTEM SETUP] to enter the
system parameter setting interface.
c) Press the Up and Down key and select “Short Function”. Press the soft
key corresponding to [On] on the right side to enable the short circuit
simulation function.
3. Press [START] and [STOP] to start and stop short circuit simulation.
