Cleaning the Tubes/Fins
The hydraulic oil cooler is in front of the engine radiator. If
the hydraulic oil cooler tubes/fins get clogged (by dirt and
flies etc) the radiator and cooler will be less efficient.
1 Park the machine on firm level ground, engage the
parking brake and set the transmission to neutral. Raise
and block the loader arms. Lower the backhoe to the
ground and stop the engine.
2 Unscrew bolts A. Lift off the radiator grille.
3 Brush off all debris from the cooler tubes and fins.
Make sure the loosened material is brushed out of the
cooler enclosure.
4 Refit the radiator grille. Tighten bolts A evenly.
