[SENSe:]RESistance:RESolution <n>|MIN|MAX
Use this command to set a measurement resolution for 2-wire (Ω2) resistance measurements.
When you set the resolution, the instrument automatically updates the integration time.
Parameters
<n> description
(3.00e-07 to 3.00e-04) * Ω2 range
Select the resolution of the measurement.
MINimum
Select the minimum value.
MAXimum
Select the maximum value.
Query
command description
[SENSe:]RESistance:RESolution?
Query the resolution setting.
[SENSe:]RESistance:RESolution? MIN
Query the minimum resolution setting.
[SENSe:]RESistance:RESolution? MAX
Query the maximum resolution setting.
