This queries the operation event register of channel 1, channel 2, channel 3, where <x> is 1, 2 or 3.

Returns <NR1> is a decimal integer representation of the contents of the
questionable event register for channel 1, channel 2, channel 3,
range: 0 to 255

This command is to modify or query the operation enable register summary of channel 1, channel 2, channel 3,
where <x> indicates 1, 2 or 3.
