REMARK
If many of twigs, wood chips, etc. are stuck, open the side
cove (3) of radiator guard and run the engine at high idle.
The twigs and wood chips are discharged through opening
area of the side cover.
For safety, check that no person is around, and then per-
form the cleaning since the discharged twigs and wood
chips will be scattered around.

After finishing the cleaning, set the engine speed to low
idle for approximately 10 seconds.

Stop the engine.
12.
Check that the fan rotation is stopped.
13.
Close the radiator guard side cover (3).
14.
Turn the starting switch to ON position.
15.
Select “Fan Reverse Mode” on “Machine Setting and Infor-
mation” menu screen, then press ENTER switch (1).
REMARK
If one of the following conditions is satisfied, the fan rota-
tion returns from reverse direction to normal direction.
• The engine is stopped.
• The cooling fan is stopped.
The screen shown in the figure will be displayed, and the
fan rotation direction cannot be switched if the fan reverse
operation is performed without satisfying the condition for
reversing the fan.
In this case, press RETURN switch (2), and then perform
the procedure again.
METHOD FOR CLEANING FIN WITH COMPRESSED AIR
WARNING
When opening the radiator grille, stop the engine, and display the warning tag on the work equipment
control lever.
For the machine with rear fender, operate lever (a) downward,
and open cover (b) before the work.
