METHOD FOR LUBRICATING AJSS LEVER
(Machine with AJSS specification)
When it is heavy to move the AJSS lever fore-and-aft, or its movement is not smooth, perform the following.
• Lubricate the AJSS lever U joint and AJSS lever slide rail.
1.
Remove the cover (1).
2.
Loosen the clamp (2), and move the cover (3) down-
ward.
3.
Supply the grease to the grease fittings (4) and (5).
4.
After greasing, wipe off any old grease that is pushed
out.
5.
Return the cover (3), and fix it with clamp (2).
6.
Install the cover (1).
• For procedures for when lubricating the AJSS lever slide
rail only, see the following.
1.
Remove the grommet (6).
2.
By using a grease pump, pump in grease through the
grease fittings (5) inside cover (1).
3.
After greasing, wipe off any old grease that is pushed
out.
4.
Install the grommet (6).
