1.
Open engine side cover (1) on the right side of machine,
and fix it with the rod and band.

Loosen locknut (3) of push bolt (2), tighten push bolt (2)
fully, and press tension pulley (4).
Belt (5) becomes loose.

Open radiator guard side cover (6) on the right side of ma-
chine, and fix it with the rod.
4.
Remove bolts (7), and remove bulkhead covers (8) and (9)
which separate the engine compartment and radiator com-
partment.
5.
Replace the belt.
6.
After replacing, install bulkhead covers (8) and (9) with
bolts (7).

Release the lock of radiator guard side cover (6) and close
it.
8.
Loosen push bolt (2) until the thread part comes out for ap-
proximately 90 mm, and tighten lock nut (3).
9.
Release the lock of engine side cover (1) and close it.
For the machine with rear fender, hold the edge and be sure to close the cover (b).
