For the machine equipped with the undercover, remove the
cover at opening section of undercover, change the oil, and
clean the strainer.
1.
Set the frame lock bar to LOCK position (L).
2.
Place a container under the drain plug (1) to catch the
drained oil.
3.
Remove the drain plug (1), install the nipple, and insert the
hose.
REMARK
Use the attached nipple and hose to prevent the oil from
splashing around.
4.
Loosen the drain plug (2) and drain the oil.
5.
After draining the oil, tighten drain plug (2).
6.
Remove the hose and nipple, and install drain plug (1).
7.
Place a container just under the transmission filter case to catch the drained oil.
8.
Replace the cartridge by referring to “METHOD FOR REPLACING TRANSMISSION OIL FILTER CAR-
TRIDGE (4-57)”.
9.
Remove the bolts (3) (4 pieces).
10.
Remove the U-clamp (4) and remove the tube (5).
