11.2.3 To display send history
Use this function to display send history as a list.
The list includes following information.
- Job No.: consecutive numbers of both copy and print jobs
- User Name: user who transmitted the job
- Mode: E-Mail / FTP / SMB / HDD
- Address: address to which the data was transmitted
- Result: Complete or Cancel
- Time: time when data transmission was executed
Follow the procedure below to check the settings of transmitted jobs.
1 Touch [JOB LIST] tab on the Copy screen, then touch [Send History].
2 Check the status of the transmitted jobs.
– Touch [Next] to scroll, if 8 or more jobs are entered.
3 Touch the desired job key, then touch [Details].
Detailed settings of the selected job will be displayed.
Touch [Close] to return to the previous screen.
