6.4 Mounting lighting system

Dangers in road traffic
If the machine does not correspond to the provision for lighting and warning panels specified
by national law, other road users could be endangered when driving on public roads.
Before road travel, mount lighting and warning panels.

Mount the lighting system (2) and the warning panels (1) according to the instructions for
accessories kit (document number 150000590).
6.5 Adapting universal shaft

ü The machine is connected to the tractor, refer to page38.
Lower machine into working position.
Shut down and safeguard the machine, refer to page24.
Disassemble the universal shaft.
Install each half (1, 2) on the tractor and machine side respectively.
Shorten section tubes and guard tubes.
NOTICE: Material damage caused by failure to achieve profile overlap! Observe an
overlap (shift length) of the profile tubes and guard tubes of at least 200 mm, refer to the
operating instructions of the universal shaft manufacturer.
Check the overlap of profile tubes and guard tubes.
