The road travel lighting is connected by means of the enclosed 7-pin lighting cable(2).
ü The machine is shut down and safeguarded, refer to page24.
Connect the 7-pin plug of the lighting cable(2) to the 7-pin socket(1) of the machine.
Connect the 7-pin plug of the lighting cable(2) to the 7-pin socket(3) of the tractor.
Lay the lighting cable(2) so that it does not touch the tractor wheels.
7.8 Installing universal shaft
WARNING
Risk of injury by failure to take account of the danger zone of the universal shaft
If the danger zone of the universal shaft is ignored, persons can be seriously hurt or killed.
To avoid accidents, observe the danger zone of the universal shaft, refer to page16.
NOTICE
Changing the tractor
The machine could be damaged if the universal shaft length is not checked when changing
the tractor.
In order to avoid damage to the machine, check universal shaft length every time the
tractor is changed and correct it, if necessary, refer to page37.

ü The machine is shut down and safeguarded, refer to page24.
Slide universal shaft (1) on PTO shaft end of tractor and secure it.
Secure universal shaft guard by means of supporting chain (2) against turning.
Swivel the universal shaft support under the holder.
