The chokeb is fitted on the left side of the carburetor.
Activating the choke function frees an opening through which the engine can draw ex-
tra fuel. This gives a richer fuel-air mixture, which is needed for a cold start.

If the engine is warm, the choke function must be deactivated.
Possible states
• Choke function activated ದbThe choke lever is pulled out to the stop.
• Choke function deactivated ದbThe choke lever is pushed in to the stop.

The flasher switchb is fitted on the left side of the handlebar.
