Section 2 Installation and Power Supply

Power Requirements
WARNING
Prepare a power supply that meets the following conditions.
1. The power supply voltage must be the same as that indicated on the nameplate of
the centrifuge and the voltage variation must be within the range given in Table
2-1.
2. The current capacity must be more than given in Table 2-1.
3. In connecting the cord, install a knife switch or circuit breaker of given value in
Table 2-1.
When the centrifuge is connected to an outlet by means of a plug, use a 3-pin plug
with a ground terminal.
4. Use single-phase power.
5. The outlet must have a ground terminal and its ground resistance must be less
than 100 ohm.
