Using the Photoelectric Tachometer Port
A tachometer port (transparent window) is provided at the top of the lid.
Through the tachometer port, the actual rate of rotation can be measured,
using a photoelectric tachometer.
（１）Whenusingaphotoelectrictachometer,placeapieceofreflectivetape10-20mmawayfromthe
centeroftherotor.
（２）Mounttherotoronthedriveshaft.

thetachometerportonthelid.Thephotoelectrictachometercanthenmeasuretheactual
rotationrate.
