Required Information when Submitting an Inquiry

NOTE

Spare parts (parts necessary to the maintenance of equipment functions)

will be available for seven (7) years after production of the particular product is

discontinued (except spare parts which we are unable to procure).

We therefore beg your indulgence and recommend that you be prepared for some

situations in which certain repairs are impossible due to a lack of spare parts.

sterilized beforehand, or if it has been used in a RI facility or a facility operating at a
