If Probable cause
Discharge chute plugged. A Grass too wet.
A Grass too long.
A Cutting too low.
A Engine rpm too low.
A Ground speed too fast.
Streaking of uncut grass. A Ground speed too fast.

A Blades dull or damaged.
A Debris in mower deck.
Uneven cut. A Mower deck not level.
