Priorisaon
Stop funcons with higher priority in
uence the ow of lower-order funcons which have
already been iniated.
Hierarchy:
1.
Sa
fe torque o (STO)
•
The funcon STO has the highest priority and hence precedence over all other
funcons.
•
Funcons that have already been iniated (e. g. SS1 or SS2) are aborted and the drive
is switched o.
2.
Safe stop 1 (SS1)
•
The funcon SS1 has priority over SS2.
•
Observing the dened stopping me for SS1 and SS2 as well as the SS1 mode, the drive
is rendered torqueless.
3.
Monitoring funcons
•
The monitoring funcons have equal priories and can be executed simultaneously
with the stop funcon.
Restart
The restart sets the drive in moon aer it w
as previously brought to a standsll via a stop
funcon.
Whether the restart needs to be acknowledged or if it launches automacally can be
parameterized in a manner dependent on the preceding stop funcon:
•
R
estart behavior according to STO / SS1 (0x2892:001)
•
Restart behavior according to SS2 / SOS (0x289F:002)
DANGER!
The requirement for the safety funcon is lied.
The driv
e may automacally restart when the requirement for the safety funcon is lied!
▶
In the case of automac restart, you must take external measures to ensure that the drive
only restarts aer a conrmaon in accordance with EN ISO 13849‑1.
The restart behaviour aer an emer
gency stop corresponds to that for the
restart behaviour parameterised for the stop funcon STO / SS1.
Precondions f
or restart
•
Seng "Ackno
wledged restart"
-
Aer a normal stop, a restart acknowledgement (AIS) via safety bus is necessary.
4Acknowledgement signals ^ 112
-
Aer a fault stop, a fault acknowledgement (AIE) is rst necessary before the restart
can be acknowledged with AIS. 4Acknowledgement signals ^ 112
AIS and AIE can also be executed via c
onrmaon dialogs in the safe parameter
list.
•
Seng "Aut
omac restart"
-
The drive must be in a stopped state (see status bit STO or SOS).
-
The higher-level control must ensure that the drive only restarts aer a conrmaon.
