docomo nano UIM card
The docomo nano UIM card is an IC card that
stores information such as your telephone
number.
• This terminal uses only docomo nano UIM
card. If you have a docomo mini UIM card, UIM
or FOMA card, bring it to a docomo Shop to
replace.
• If the docomo nano UIM card is not inserted,
the functions such as making/receiving
calls, sending/receiving SMS, and packet
communication is not available.
• In Japan, if the docomo nano UIM card is not
inserted, the emergency calls (110, 119,
118) cannot be made.
• For details about the docomo nano UIM card,
refer to the instruction manual for docomo
nano UIM card or NTT DOCOMO website.
• If you remove and reinsert the tray with the
docomo nano UIM card with the power turned
on, this terminal will restart.

Security Codes
The docomo nano UIM card can set security
code named PIN code. For details about PIN
of docomo nano UIM card, refer to "PIN code"
(P59).
