8.2 Transport
DANGEROUS ELECTRIC VOLTAGE!
Before transport, disconnect power supply cables, equipotential and other
connection lines, thus avoiding their pulling out.
DANGEROUS ELECTRIC VOLTAGE!
The power cable must be xed to the bed at the selected point using plastic
hook! Never wind up the cable on the bed/its parts, e.g. side handles, front
section, handrails and other items!
DANGEROUS ELECTRIC VOLTAGE!
In case of visible damage of the power cable, do not use the birthing bed and/or
the cable! Always call technical service operator!
WARNING!
Only rear handles can be used for transporting the bed!
WARNING!
Do not transport any patient, when the bed is in "chair" position. Danger of injury
to the patient or damage of the equipment!
WARNING!
When transporting the bed within the building, be sure the patient and all items,
e.g. cables (incl. power cable), hose, pipe etc. are properly positioned within
the circumference of the unit. Danger of injury to the patient or damage of the
equipment!
WARNING!
During transport, stability of the infusion stand must be monitored. Avoid hitting
the doors/ceiling lights. Before transport of the patient, always put the infusion
stand to the lowest position, thus avoiding injury to the patient or damage of the
equipment.
WARNING!
When the transport is complete, connect the mains cable to the mains and
secure the bed with the central brake. Danger of injury to the patient or damage
of the equipment!
