BLADE TILTING MECHANISM
The saw blade can be tilted using two
different methods.
RAPID BLADE TILTING (Fig. 13)
1. Loosen blade bevel locking knob (2).
2. Slide the entire handwheel assembly (1)
to desired location.
3. Tighten blade bevel locking knob (2).
Ensure locking knob is fully tightened
before attempting a cut.

MICRO=ADJUSTMENT BLADE TILTING (Fig. 13)
1. Loosen blade bevel locking knob (2).
2. Push handwheet (1) IN to engage the handwheel gears with the segment gear on the
table saw base.
3. While holding handwheel IN, turn the handwheet to tilt the blade to the desired angle.
4. Tighten lock knob to secure bevel angle.
NOTE: Changing the blade angle can be done independently of changing blade height.
I ARNING: BLADE BEVEL LOCKING KNOB (2) MUST BE FIRMLY TIGHTENED AND
LOCKED DURING ALL CUTTING OPERATIONS.
BLADE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT (Fig. 13)
To raise the saw blade, turn the handwheel (1) COUNTER-CLOCKWISE. To lower the
blade, turn the handwheel CLOCKWISE.
NOTE: It is not necessary to loosen blade bevel locking knob (2) when raising or lowering
the saw blade.
