Deleting a finish time
Set the time to "----" in the
Ready at
field.
Confirm with OK.
The finish time is now deleted.
The programme will start using the
duration
set.
Changing the function
You can change the function in Steam
cooking and Sous-vide .
Select Open further settings.
Select Change function.
Select the function you want.
The new function will appear in the
display togethe
r with its recommended
temperature.
Change the temperature and/or
cooking duration if necessary.
Confirm with OK.
The function has been changed.
Change function is available in the
following special applications:
– Defrost
– Reheat
– Bottling
– Disinfect items
– Prove dough
Cancelling cooking
Touch twice.
Cancel cooking? a
ppears in the display.
Select Yes.
The main menu will appear. Any
cooking dur
ations set will be deleted.
