1.9 Utilising the Call Centre
1.9.1 Leaving an Incoming Call Distribution Group
(Log-in/
Log-out, Wrap-up)
You can control your status in an incoming call distribution
group. When in the Log-
out mode, incoming calls to the
group will not ring at your extension. When you return, calls
will again ring at your extension. (Default: Log-in) Even if
your extension is logged-in, you can have a specified time
period (wrap-up time) when you will not receive calls after
completing a previous call. This time can be used for you
to write a report and so on.
You can also manually select "Not Ready" mode to
temporarily leave a distribution group.
