FRONT TUNNEL BULKHEAD COOLER
INSTALLATION
1. If installing the original bulkhead cooler, verify any
adhesive is removed from the mating surface.
2. Install the cooler using new rivets

3. Install the fasteners
w
securing the cooler to the
sides of the tunnel. Install new rivet
e
securing the
cooler to the chaincase housing. Torque fasteners to
specification.
TORQUE
Chaincase / Side Support Fasteners:
26 ft-lbs (35 N·m)
Tube Brace Fastener:
22 ft-lbs (30 N·m)
4. Reinstall the following components:
• Bulkhead floor plate (See Bulkhead Floor Plate
Installation page 9.35)
NOTICE
Allow the adhesive to cure for 24 hours at 68 °F (20 °C)
before placing the snowmobile back into service.
• Fuel tank assembly (See Fuel Tank Installation page
5.29)
• Engine assembly (See Engine Installation page 3.39)
