REAR SUSPENSION
REAR SUSPENSION REMOVAL
NOTICE
Lift rear of sled by using jacks or similar equipment
placed under floorboards.
RMK 163 rear suspension shown. RMK 155, SKS, and
RMK Assualt rear suspensions are similar.
Track not shown for clarity.
1. Loosen the rear idler shaft bolts

2. Loosen the jam nuts

on each rear idler adjuster

.
Push the rear idler shaft / idler wheel assembly
forward.
3. Remove the two upper carrier fasteners.

4. Remove the front torque arm-to-tunnel mount bolts
t
.
5. Pull the track and rear suspension out of the tunnel.
6. Remove the rear suspension from the track.
