Rev. 06/18 20/26
Press up or down and set 0 if you desire to control the set point through the keypad or 1 to manage it
from analog input.
Press enter to confirm.
If the remote set point is enabled, position on function 37 and then on function 38 in order to calibrate
the analog reference.
Function 37 – Setting the minimum value of remote set point
The function is active if F.36 = 1.
Adjust the analog input (AIN1 if F.30 = 0, AIN0 if F.30 = 1) in order to supply the minimum analog
signal to the instrument (e.g.: 0V if acquired from AIN1, 4mA if acquired from AIN0).
Press enter, the word “YES” flashes on the display for a few seconds; then function 37 is displayed
again;
Function 38 – Setting the maximum value of remote set point
The function is active if F.36 = 1.
Adjust the analog input (AIN1 if F.30 = 0, AIN0 if F.30 = 1) in order to supply the maximum analog
signal to the instrument (e.g.: 10V if acquired from AIN1, 20mA if acquired from AIN0).
Press enter and the word “YES” or “BAD” flashes on the display for a few seconds, respectively if the
calibration was successful or not; then function 38 is displayed again.
Note: if “BAD” is shown on the display check that the analog reference connection has been performed
correctly and that the range of the analog signal between minimum and maximum is at least 1/3 of the
acquisition range of the selected input (at least 5mA if acquired from AINO, at least 3Vdc if acquired from
AIN1)
Function 39 – Remote control
Use this function to set the AUTO/STOP control
Press enter to access the function and the function value set is displayed.
Press up or down and set 0 to manage the AUTO/STOP control by keypad, or 1 to manage it through
the remote contact.
Press enter to confirm.
Function 50 – Braking section 1 percentage (SECT.1)
Use this function to set the percentage of the caliper or calipers that make up the braking section 1 (SECT.1),
intended as the total of the percentages of the calipers that make up the SECT.1.
This braking section is always active (see § “Selematic” function on page 4)
Press enter to access the function and the function value set is displayed.
Press up or down and set the desired percentage.
Press enter to confirm.
Example: if SECT.1 is composed by a RED caliper (40%) and a BLUE caliper (16%) the percentage set in F.50
is 56% (40% + 16%).
Note: this section is always included, therefore when the Selematic function is not active the value of this
function must be 200.
Function 51 – Braking section 2 percentage (SECT.2)
Use this function to set the percentage of the caliper or calipers that make up the braking section 2 (SECT.2),
intended as the total of the percentages of the calipers that make up the SECT.2.
This braking section will be included/excluded with the electro valve (see § “Selematic” function on page 4)
