Destination List Settings
This section describes the user tools in the Destination List Settings menu under
Scanner Features.
Default settings are shown in bold type.
❖ Destination List Display Priority 1
Select a destination list to be displayed when the machine is in the initial state.
You can select either [E-mail / Folder] or [Delivery Server].
The default setting is Delivery Server.
❖ Destination List Display Priority 2
In the machine’s address book, select which address book appears by default.
You can select either [E-mail Address] or [Folder].
The default setting is E-mail Address.
❖ Select Title
Select the titles for destinations and group destinations of e-mail and Scan to
Folder. Selected titles appear in the e-mail and Scan to Folder destination list
to be used for searching for destinations. Select [Title 1] (ten titles), [Title 2] (ten
titles), or [Title 3] (five titles).
The default setting is Title 1.
❖ Update Delivery Server Destination List
To update the delivery server destination list, press [Update Delivery Server Des-
tination List].
Normally, the delivery server destination list is automatically updated. This
function allows manual updating at any time.
