User
Users are managed using the personal information managed in the machine’s
address book.
By enabling user authentication, you can allow only people registered in the ad-
dress book to use the machine. Users can be managed in the address book by the
user administrator. In addition to registering users with the machine’s control
panel, you can register them using SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin or Web Im-
age Monitor.
Note
❒ Only the user administrator can register users in the address book with Ridoc
IO Admin and Web Image Monitor.
