PC FAX has already
been launched.
Cannot launch it
again.
The [PC FAX] dialog box is
already open.
Quit PC FAX once, and then start it up
again.
Reached maximum
number of
destinations.
The number of destinations
specified exceeds the maximum
possible.
The maximum number of destinations that
can be specified at one time is 100.
When the setting
"Attach a Cover
Sheet" is on and "Use
Address Book" is
selected, the
maximum number of
destinations cannot
be larger than 5.
If [Attach a Cover Sheet] on the
[Cover Sheet] tab is selected
and [Use Address Book] in the
[To:] list are selected, you can
send faxes to up to five
destinations at a time.
• Specify five or less destinations.
• Change the item selected in the [To:]
list to something other than [Use
Address Book].
• Clear [Attach a Cover Sheet].
Cannot send more
than 10 pages.
You can send up to ten pages
including the cover sheet, at a
time.
Reduce the number of pages to ten or
fewer.
