9. Common center adjustment

Input signal 50% (R,G,B) pattern signal
1. Enter the service mode.
2. Project only one color component to the screen.
Select Group "900", No. "1" and then change data value
from "2" to "0".
3. Change data value to obtain the minimum flicker for
each color on screen.

280 - 9 Only green color picture
280 - 10 Only blue color picture
280 - 11 Only red color picture
4. Select Group "900", No. "1" and then change data value
from "0" to "2".
10. Gamma correction, White balance, White
uniformity Adjustment
If the correction of the Gamma adjustment, White balance
adjustment, White uniformity adjustment is necessary,
please adjust the "Gamma", "White balance", "White uni-
formity" by using the "PROJECTOR SERVICE TOOL" soft-
ware supplied separately.
Check and adjustment : 4 Lamp mode
Lamp 1-4 mode
Lamp 2-3 mode
11. Read/Write of LCD panel gamma data
when Main Board replacing
The gamma adjustment data of each LCD panel has been
adjusted preciously to much each LCD panel characteristics
at factory.
When you replace the Main Board, you need to read out
the gamma data stored in the memory IC on the previous
board and write down the gamma data into the memory
IC on the new board. By this way, the projector is enabled
to reproduce the picture which has the properly adjusted
gamma characteristic.
Use "PROJECTOR SERVICE TOOL" for Read / Write of the
gamma data as follows;

12. Color Shading Correction
If you find the color shading on the screen, please adjust
the white uniformity by using the proper computer and "
PROJECTOR SERVICE TOOL" software supplied separately.
