If the inside of the handset gets wet or becomes moist,
immediately turn off the power though the handset provides
waterproof performance. Then, visit a repair counter that
DOCOMO specifies. The handset may not be repaired
depending on its condition.
Created data and downloaded information

Created, imported or downloaded data may be modified or
deleted when changing models or repairing the handset. We
shall not be liable for any modification or deletion of content.
Note that we shall not be liable for the packet communication
charges which are incurred by Re-downloading data. We may, at
our convenience, exchange your handset for a substitute in lieu
of repairs. However, in this case, we cannot transfer these data,
etc. to replaced products except for some data.

By having the screen on your handset shared with an operator
of Anshin Enkaku Support center, you can get supports for
operating and setting the handset, using apps or connecting
to peripheral devices such as PC.
Also, you can use Q&A website for the subscriber of Anshin
Enkaku Support and contact operators on LINE.
* You cannot share the screen when contacting on LINE.
