Using non-approved spare parts can affect the function of the equipment and damage it. Third-
party spare parts and unapproved spare parts may not meet the requirements.
● Therefore, only use spare parts that have been approved by the manufacturer.

Always indicate the part number and - if known - the order number of the spare part required.
You can find the order number as follows:
The device label is attached to or next to each component. Find out which item code the
required spare part has. The parts list provided specify the part number and, where appropriate,
the article number corresponding to the equipment identifier. For inquiries by e-mail, if possible
send a photograph of the product, spare part, rating plate.
