[OK] All part as below
R4021, R4022 ≈ 4.7KΩ

Check HPD GPIO Line
impedance to Ground
during AC OFF
HDMI1: R4019*
HDMI3: R4018*
Replace B-Board
and Re-Verify
Internal Main IC (SoC)
