Glow Plug Indicator Light

If the coolant temperature is cool enough,
this light comes on when the ignition switch
is turned on and goes out when the glow
plug is heated enough for engine starting.
Injection Warning Light
(For Diesel Engine Model)

This light comes on for several seconds
when the ignition switch is turned to the
“ON” position so you can check the light is
working.
If this light comes on when driving, there is
a fault in the injection system, or the DPF
®
is clogged. Ask your SUZUKI dealer to
have the system inspected.
Red Stop Warning Light
(For Diesel Engine Model)

This light comes on for several seconds
when the ignition switch is turned to the
“ON” position so you can check the light is
working.
If this light comes on when driving, it indi-
cates that the engine is overheating. Fol-
low the instructions for engine overheating
in the “EMERGENCY SERVICE” section.
If this light comes on and the engine is
automatically turned off, it indicates that
the injection system has a fault. Bring the
vehicle to your SUZUKI dealer as soon as
possible.
Fuel Filter Warning Light
(For Diesel Engine Model)

This light comes on for several seconds
when the ignition switch is turned to the
“ON” position so you can check the light is
working.
If the light comes on when driving, there is
a possibility to have water in the fuel filter.
Drain water as soon as possible. For
details of draining water, refer to “Fuel Fil-
ter” in the “INSPECTION AND MAINTE-
NANCE” section.
