System
Important:Donotremovetheelementsfromthe
machinetocheckfordirtylters;usethefollowing
procedureinstead.
Important:Donotreplacetheoldair-cleanerlterwith
alterthatismorethan5yearsold;checkthedateof
manufactureontheendcapoftheelement.
Note:Everytimeyouservicetheair-cleanersystem,ensure
thatallhoseconnectionsandangesareairtight.Replace
alldamagedparts.
•Checktheair-cleanerbodyfordamagewhichcouldcause
anairleak.Replaceitifitisdamaged.Checkthewhole
intakesystemforleaks,damageorloosehoseclamps.
Also,inspecttherubberintakehoseconnectionsatthe
aircleanerandturbotomakesuretheconnectionsare
complete.
