Maintenance Procedure
Every 100 hours
• Replace the air lter . Replace the air-lter element sooner if it dirty or damaged.
• Change the engine oil.
• Change the engine-oil lter .
• Check the spark plugs.
• Check the air lter for the carbon canister .
• Check the condition of the tires and rims.
• T orque the wheel-lug nuts.
• Inspect the steering and suspension for loose or damaged components.
• Check the front wheel camber and toe-in.
• Check the transaxle-uid level.
• Check the operation of the neutral gear-shift position.
• Clean the engine-cooling areas.
• Inspect the brakes.
Every 200 hours
• Replace the carbon-canister lter .
• Adjust the parking brake, if needed.
• Check the condition and tension of the drive belt.
• Check the tension of the starter-generator belt.
• Inspect the service and parking brakes.
Every 300 hours
• Grease the front wheel bearings.
Every 400 hours
• Inspect the fuel lines and connections.
• Clean the primary drive clutch.
• V isually inspect the brakes for worn brake shoes.
Every 600 hours
• Adjust the engine-valve clearance.
Every 800 hours
• Replace the fuel lter .
• Change the transaxle uid.
Every 1,000 hours
• Change the brake uid.

Failing to properly maintain the machine could result in premature failure of machine systems,
causing possible harm to you or bystanders.
Keep the machine well maintained and in good working order as indicated in these instructions.
CAUTION
Only qualied and authorized personnel should maintain, repair , adjust, or inspect the machine.
• A void re hazards and have re-protection equipment present in the work area. Do not use
an open ame to check uid levels or leakage of fuel, battery electrolyte, or coolant.
• Do not use open pans of fuel or ammable cleaning uids for cleaning parts.
CAUTION
If you leave the key in the switch, someone could accidently start the engine and seriously
injure you or other bystanders.
Shut off the engine and remove the key from the switch before you perform any maintenance.
