Checking the Air Filter for the
Carbon Canister
Service Interval : Every 100 hours —Check the air
lter for the carbon canister .
Check the opening at the bottom of the air lter for the
carbon canister to ensure that it is clean and free of
debris and obstructions ( Figure 37 ).

Replacing the Carbon-Canister
Filter
Service Interval : Every 200 hours —Replace the
carbon-canister lter .
1. Remove the barbed tting of the carbon-canister
lter from the hose at the bottom of the carbon
canister , and remove the lter .
Note: Discard the old lter .
