Maintaining the Machine under Special Operating
Conditions
Important: If the machine is subjected to any of the conditions listed below , perform maintenance
twice as frequently:
• Desert operation
• Cold climate operation—below 10°C (50°F)
• T railer towing
• Frequent operation in dusty conditions
• Construction work
• After extended operation in mud, sand, water , or similar dirty conditions, do the following:
– Have your brakes inspected and cleaned as soon as possible. This prevents any abrasive material
from causing excessive wear .
– W ash the machine using water alone or with a mild detergent.
Important: Do not use brackish or reclaimed water to clean the machine.
