Labeling Channels
This feature allows you to enter a 4 letter channel identifier of your choice that will appear over the channel number
display. The labeling can be anything you want (for example the station call letters).

1 Select the channel you want to apply
labels.
Example: To assign "ABCD"
to channel 4.

Press MENU repeatedly to display the
OPTION menu.
3 Press ADV repeatedly until "CH LABEL"
is displayed in ma#enta.

4 Press- or + to call up the CH LABEL mode display shown below on
the screen.

Letters of the alphabet, numbers and other graphic symbols are available
for labeling.
Each time you press the - or + button, the displayed character will
change in the following order.

Press - or + repeatedly until the 1st
character ("A" in this example) appears
in the 1st charachter space.
Press ADV once to enter the 1st character
and to advance to the next character
