Connecting External Speakers

You can connect speakers to the EXTernal SPEAKER terminals on the TV set to enhance sound from the TV.
Before connecting the speakers, turn the TV off.

Connect the speaker cables.
While pressing the clamp, insert the cable core. Then,
release the clamp.
Match the right and left channels and +/- polarities of
the TV speaker terminals with the external speakers.
Twist cable core.
Set the MAIN SPEAKER switch to "EXT".
The built-in TV speakers are switched off.

CAUTIONS:
• Do not connect external
speakers to more than one
audio source at a time.
You will damage your
equipment if you connect
the same speaker system
to both the TV and ampli-
fier.
• Use only external speakers
with an impedance rating
of 8 ohms and input power
of 10 W or greater.
