Antenna/Cable TV and VCR Connections
After antenna cable connections are made, you are still required to connect the VCR using a video/audio connecting
cables for (stereo) playback of good quality from the VCR. See page 40.

Note: On many VCR's, playing tapes causes the VCR's TVNCR switching to disconnect the antenna signals from the TV.
If you cannot select a certain channel, try pressing the TVNCR button on the Remote Control.

Notes:
• When connecting a cable TV converter/decoder ®:
"A" position on the A/B switch allows you to select unscrambled channels using the TV's channel keys.
"B" position on the A/B switch allows you to select scrambled channels via the cable TV converter/decoder using the
converter's channel keys, Place your TV and VCR on channel 3 or 4 to match the converter's output channel.
• The cable ® connection is necessary only when the cable TV converter/decoder ® is connected.
