Send the job to the machine using the settings for Glass(Engraving). Make sure that the Pump icon in
the Cut Toolbox is turned ON and the Proximity Sensor is turned OFF. The Pump will turn on the water to
the nose cone. In the picture below, the Dry Run is turned ON.
Press the Start button on the Pendant to engrave the item. If the glass being engraved does not engrave
in all areas, try increasing the pressure to where the burnishing adapter screw is approximately 3/4 of
the way up the slot. Common settings for glass are 12,000 rpm and 0.4 ips feed rate. Adjust water flow
rate enough to just flood the area, but not spray water everywhere.
