Remove the hand primer pump.

Inspection
Inspect all other parts and replace those that are damaged or
worn.
Assembly
Observe the greatest of cleanliness and rinse the parts in
clean diesel fuel before fitting together. If the pump is not to
be installed immediately, fit protection plugs to the connec-
tions.

3. Union 11. Pump plunger
4. O-Ring 12. O-Ring
5. Manual pump 13. Union
6. Gasket 14. O-Ring
7. Cup spring 15. Push rod

Fit the spacer ring (10 into the pump plunger (11).

Fit the valve (9), the cup spring (7) and the spring (8) to the
pump plunger (11). Insert the pump plunger (11) into the
pump housing.

Fit the O-ring (4) to the union (3) for the valve.
Remove the union.

Remove the valve housing and the plunger.

Remove the valve, spring, cups (2 ea) and the spring.
Feed pump, reconditioning

Disassembly

Remove the push rod.
