Loading Paper
One paper tray and a manual feed slot are standard on your printer.
Various media sizes and types can be used in the trays. For more media specifications, refer to
Supported Paper.
Paper Tray Status Information
You can check the status of paper trays using Xerox

CentreWare
®
Internet Services, or using Xerox
Easy Printer Manager.

1. Access Xerox

Internet Services:
• To access Xerox
®
CentreWare
®
Internet Services from a Web browser, at your computer, open
a Web browser, then in the address field, type the IP address of the printer. Press Enter or
Return.
Note: If you do not know the IP address of your printer, refer to Finding the IP Address of Your
Printer.
• To access Xerox
®
CentreWare
®
Internet Services from a Macintosh print driver, at your
computer, select System Preferences
 Printers & Scanners  Options & Supplies. Select
Show Print Webpage.
2. Select Status.
3. Select Trays.
Paper tray status information is displayed.
Checking the Supplies Status Using Xerox Easy Printer Manager
1. At your computer, open Xerox Easy Printer Manager.
2. Select the printer.
3. Select the Home page.
Device status, Supplies information and Paper information is displayed.
